Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                                          
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 12 Relating to the preservation                                           
of employment opportunities for United States longshoremen with                                     
respect to unloading and loading of foreign vessels, be held to the                                 
February 27 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
